I bought a package from America and it hasn’t arrived because the address is incorrect, what can I do?
I bought an item from America and I provided my exact address, somehow (I don’t know if the mistake is the seller’s or an intermediate courier’s) now they can’t deliver my package to me because the address is not correct.
Luckily it’s in my city. (though still far away and inconvenient to go in person to the local GLS office).
I contacted the seller, warning them to provide my real address, but if they don’t do it in time and they send my package back to the sender, do I lose the money? Or, worse still, do I have to pay for returning it to the sender out of my own pocket?

Mentore2 years agoIt depends on what is actually written on the waybill.
If it says the same thing that you entered on your eBay account, by not picking up the package, you lose everything and you will not be entitled to any refund.
If the seller made a mistake when transcribing the address, he should have every interest in changing it.
Just to be safe, I’d go over to the GLS office.
