I bought a video game that never arrived. Since it was tracked, it says delivered
…..but delivered to the post office instead of the hub hold-for-pickup location, a place where I could have gone to pick it up. I asked for help from a well-known purchase card that, apparently, after a promising start relying on its guarantee, today this card seems to no longer protect your purchases. If before it was enough to point out a problem to get your money back, with it going to the seller to figure out what was happening, today it’s you who have to contact the seller, which I did, but without any sign of goodwill. The problem is that today this card asks you for proof that you contacted them. And what are you supposed to prove? How are you supposed to prove to the card that you contacted them? This card is done with me and it’s done with someone else too

Mentore2 years agoHad you made a purchase in which you had chosen the post office holding service?
What is a purchase card?
Wouldn’t it have been easier to use the procedure provided by ebay in these cases? https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/ottieni-aiuto-per-un-oggetto-che-non-arrivato?id=4042&st=7&po=1&uci=0&ri=0
If you have opened any other procedure, this route is now burned too.
