Support for the eBay Returns Label Center is provided, on behalf of eBay, by Parcel2Go customer service staff. You can contact them via real-time chat .

Once you have purchased a return, you will have the option to download the labels from the order confirmation page, immediately after payment. If you did not download the label from the confirmation page, don’t worry, a copy has been sent to the email address you used to book the return. To get the label, you can click the link in the confirmation email.
