I bought a graphics card and it arrived tampered with

Good evening everyone, I wanted to ask you for some advice. I bought a graphics card worth two thousand euros. The card arrived from a German seller who tampered with the fan cooling tube. The tube was cut, so I started a refund request. The seller accepted the return, but since then he keeps writing to me privately to hurry up and send him the card because we’re out of time. The return was accepted on December 7, and the dispute was suspended until December 12. I read the procedure and the seller can send me a prepaid label or advance the shipping costs. As of today, he has done nothing. Should I write to him or do you recommend waiting for eBay’s decision? Thanks and have a good evening

Mentore1 year agoGood evening,
you need to ask eBay to step in yourself... if you do nothing, the request closes automatically in the seller's favor due to inactivity:
Ask eBay to step in - buyers | eBay
Best regards.

OP1 year agoYes, in fact eBay replied that the dispute is pending until December 12, waiting for the seller to arrange the shipment either with a prepaid label or by sending me the money, which they still haven’t done. Do I need to do anything else, or do I just keep waiting?
