I bought a GT Audio decoder and when it arrived I installed it, but it won’t turn on, so I contacted the seller. Then they send me another email telling me to test the power supply with a tester. I test the power supply and in fact there is no current, so I send another email and they ask me to send a photo to the email showing that the power supply doesn’t work.
