I accidentally canceled a return, how can I redo it?
Hello everyone, as per the subject, I first made a return request without receiving a return label, then I went to the courier and he told me he knew nothing and couldn’t ship it. So I contacted the seller via eBay msg but nothing. I then canceled the return to start a new return procedure and change the courier, but it won’t let me make another return. Any advice? Thanks a lot

Mentore5 months agoOn ebay you can’t do anything anymore.
You confirmed that you wanted to close the procedure, even after the message had appeared warning you that then you wouldn’t be able to open any more.
Now all you can do is contact the payment method you used: Dispute on paypal or chargeback on the credit card.
