I canceled an order but the charge is still there. How can I contact eBay

Good morning,

I ordered a book and immediately after that I canceled.

The seller immediately confirmed to me that they had canceled the order, and I absolutely believe them.

However, eBay tells me that it was not possible to cancel the order.

The seller contacted me by email confirming that they canceled it.

I can see the charge on my credit card

How can I chat with or write to eBay to resolve this?

Until you receive the email from eBay saying that the refund has been issued... you may wait in vain.

The charge on the card remains... it is only reversed... of course on the same card you used to pay.
