I opened a dispute for a package I didn’t receive. Then it arrived, but I need to return it.
I opened a dispute for a package that didn’t arrive, but then it did arrive, but the shoe size is wrong. Do I need to make the return before I close the dispute as if I had reached an agreement with the seller?

Mentore1 year agoIf you close the report, you won't be able to open a second one.
Try contacting support to see if they can change the reason for the dispute.
