I opened a return process but now I want a partial refund, how do I do that

Hi, the seller wrote to me saying that he doesn't have the money for the label to send me so I can return the item, so I kindly suggested that he give me a partial refund, which he immediately accepted. Now I'm afraid that if I cancel the return process, the seller won't refund me. In this case, what could I do? In the messages we exchanged, I made him the offer and he accepted it, does that have any value? Thanks for the replies

Hello,

only the seller can offer you a partial refund, so if you have agreed on a certain amount, the seller can satisfy you directly in the procedure by offering you the agreed refund... you will simply have to accept it.

Don't make the mistake of closing the return request without having obtained a fair outcome, and don't wait too long before the process is automatically closed by eBay due to inactivity.
