I just bought it and I need to cancel the order, but the seller has disappeared!
I bought it, but the seller still hasn't shipped! So I decide to cancel and contact them, but they've disappeared! On top of that, they don't even accept returns—what do I do?

Mentore2 years agoNothing... you can't cancel a purchase... you can simply ask for it, and the seller is absolutely not obliged to comply, so they can refuse to cancel it for you.
Those are the rules, and if they ship and don't accept returns, you'll have to keep it!
Ebay is not a game and you have to take responsibility for your actions; if you made a purchase mistake, it's not right to dump it on the seller!
