Good morning everyone...15 days ago, an unpleasant incident with a foreign buyer who was trying to rip me off20 minutes later I get 2 emails from Ebay telling me they are freezing my funds (I can't transfer) but I can keep selling because I had 3 open disputesonce these 3 disputes were sorted out, I follow up again and instead of unblocking my funds as they had promised, an operator full of imagination (and apparently he doesn't even know what he's talking about) replies by telling me that there are some transactions (and we're talking about 2 months ago) without delivery confirmationI reply that logically they don't have confirmation since the buyer chose a posta4 which is allowed by the platformfor 48 hours they've been replying that I have to give them tracking for these shipments or I have to write to the buyers to confirm that they were receivedin all this, a phone operator, seeing his colleagues' requests, burst out laughing and told me I would be contacted again by one of his team leaders (naturally nobody has called us)
