I need to contact the seller who sold me a product a year ago
Good morning, 14 months ago I bought a vacuum cleaner with a 24-month warranty. Now it has broken; I tried contacting him through eBay, but since he doesn’t currently have any items for sale, he isn’t replying. I’d like to point out that eBay lists him as an extremely reliable seller. I need to get a contact for this seller so I can report the fault to him. What can I do?

for the legal warranty, the seller must be a professional within the EU... if that is the case, their listings must include contact details, such as email, phone number, and VAT number.
Then contacting them will be easy.
