Good morning, on 16/12/3024 I requested a refund for an item ordered by mistake and the seller charged it instead of returning the amount

Mentore1 year agoThe seller will refund you only if they decide to accept your cancellation request; otherwise they’ll ship you the item.
When you receive it, you can request a return for change of mind, if the seller is a professional or a private seller who accepts returns. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
