hello, I'm asking for help from your community, I tried contacting eBay support but the chat doesn't work, so I'm asking you directly, I ordered two games for the Nintendo Switch but they still haven't arrived, days have passed, the shipping code was sent but it turns out to be fake, I checked several times, I would like to request a refund, how can I do it? eBay says the estimated delivery would be June 6, but I don't want to wait.

Unfortunately you HAVE to wait!

You have no other options; after the estimated delivery date, you can open a report:
