Hello, I bought a pair of shoes (idiot me) from a seller who had 100c positive feedback. According to the order, the purchase was supposed to arrive in 24 48 h, the order was placed on the 29th; after a few days I asked for info and the seller told me that he had sold the shoes to another person on Vinted and is still waiting for them to be sent back to him so he can then send them to me. So I tried to cancel the order but I was rejected. Now I'm waiting, scared of upsetting a seller who dishonestly put up for sale an item he doesn't know when he can ship BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE IT PHYSICALLY… but luckily there is the eBay guarantee that refused my cancellation and doesn't protect me in any way…. I'm desperate and even just on principle I would like a refund and to turn the page properly… do you think there is a way?
