I bought an item but I don't have the tracking

I bought a Blu-ray on the site a few days ago, and I received an email saying that the seller marked the item as shipped: however, when I open the tracking link from that email, an empty eBay page opens, which only says “Item not found”. What could have happened?

That the seller probably shipped without tracking... or the courier still has to pick it up...
