Can you help me please! I bought a duvet in Japan and today the seller is asking for my IOSS number to ship my package. I don’t know what it is and I don’t know where to get it. Is it not possible to ship from Japan to Italy without this IOSS number? Please advise me. I read a little online but honestly I didn’t understand anything.
