I bought a product with a one-year warranty and after 6 months the product no longer works, the manufacturer won't accept a return or a refund but only wants to send me €30 via private message, I can't find the product in my purchases when I make a request because it won't let me go beyond 60 days and I don't have any contact number to call to speak with eBay technicians. How do I solve this. ???
