I bought a product with a one-year manufacturer warranty, after 6 months the product no longer works,
I bought a product with a one-year warranty and after 6 months the product no longer works, the manufacturer won't accept a return or a refund but only wants to send me €30 via private message, I can't find the product in my purchases when I make a request because it won't let me go beyond 60 days and I don't have any contact number to call to speak with eBay technicians. How do I solve this. ???

eBay offers no guarantee on the item, only that it will arrive within 30 days of purchase and that it will be as described.
eBay can no longer do anything for you.
You simply need to contact the seller, but if you say it was only one year old, it was probably an extra-EU purchase, so without any warranty... I fear the solution to the problem is to take it to the dump.
