I bought a mirrorless camera and it arrived without a fiscal receipt and without a warranty, I call the store and they don't answer. What should I do? Thanks

Mentore7 months agoHave you checked where the shop's registered office is located?
The fiscal receipt is not mandatory and therefore must be explicitly requested from the EU professional seller before or during the purchase.
The legal warranty is due only if the seller has its registered office in one of the EU countries.
