I contacted the seller but they’re not responding to me
Summary: lizzina2012 reported that they had contacted a seller without receiving a response. marioelegio took part in the discussion, but no further information or resolution was provided.
I placed an order, but it arrived broken; moreover, I don't intend to use it because, as shown in the photo, it could be contaminated. I think the breakage was caused by the couriers.
I'm trying to ask for a refund or to have the order sent again, but the seller hasn't marked the order as delivered.

Mentore1 year agoRequest a return and refund for an item that doesn’t conform, do it through the appropriate eBay procedure.
If the seller wants their goods back, they’ll have to send you a prepaid label.
