I made a purchase with untracked shipping.After 3 weeks I contacted the seller, informing them that the item had not arrived and asking for information; I hoped the seller would reply, but they didn't.In the meantime, another week and a bit passed and I decided to file a claim for an item not received, but by then 31 days had passed since the expected delivery date (an overly optimistic date), so the procedure is no longer possible, and my message to the seller (sent before the 30 days) is not considered in the item not received procedure, so I can't contact customer service.I contacted the seller again but they still aren't responding.Have I lost my money, and was it my fault?
