Just created, after a few hours, the package already showed as shipped even though I had never taken it to the post office and as a result the label now shows as already used. I’m in Rome, the buyer is in Milan, and the package shows as picked up at a collection point in Ragusa. Can anyone help me? How can I get a new label without paying for a second one?
