Mentore1 year agoNo anger from eBay, if you can solve the problem directly with the seller.
eBay only intervenes in communications between buyer and seller when it fears there may be the possibility of completing a sale outside the platform to dodge its fees.

the seizure is mainly due to the mixture being too lean, so I would say it was damaged by incorrect use.
I’d say contacting the seller would be pointless, this is not a product nonconformity.
