I had to cancel an order immediately after receiving the notice via eBay
An Ebay customer for some time had been asking me to buy two recorded audio cassettes but wanted to do everything outside Ebay and I refused, so as not to betray the wonderful relationship with you for the trust you have always granted me....just read all the messages and my replies regarding Order No.09-10704-24216......an arrogant person who, before placing the order, I had put free shipping on and he took a few days to place the order...to prevent some other customer from taking advantage of this small courtesy, I told him that I would put the shipping costs back and, when he was ready, he would contact me and I would again remove the shipping costs.....arrogant replies that, at my age of about 73 years, hurt me very much...I kindly ask for the cancellation and the banning of this person from being able to view my site any longer....pinobrek

OP2 years agoI did, but he kept writing to me with other nicknames and three times I blocked him and put him back in Spam, and he also left me negative feedback... I'm speechless

Mentore2 years agoYou can try requesting removal from eBay support if the messages exchanged clearly show the intention to carry out the transactions outside eBay.
