I bought an item choosing delivery to a pickup point. The shipment was made with SDA and the tracking on the eBay order page didn’t go very well (order status still preparing 2 days after delivery, for which I received no notice and only noticed by checking the tracking number on the SDA website).The biggest surprise, however, was when at the pickup point I had to pay €1.50 for storage (with a regular receipt), according to the attendant because “I chose a pickup point instead of my home address” (not because the package stayed there for 2 days, which I still think is pretty normal).Obviously €1.50 doesn’t change my life, but I didn’t see any notice about the extra cost and in many years of online shopping it has never happened to me to have to pay at any pickup point, neither with eBay nor with other platforms.Has this happened to anyone else?
