I issued a refund to the buyer, but it was deducted from my account

I received the refund request for a sale I made, the buyer was right so I refunded him the money, the problem is that the refund money was deducted from my IBAN account and I never received the buyer’s payment. So I lost the money when the correct amount should be 0€. Support says it’s not possible because I didn’t pay the refund. If I don’t receive the money, I will have to file a complaint

You’re a new seller and that’s completely normal. You’ll also get the fees refunded and you’ll only lose 35 cents.
