I mistakenly made a purchase with the corresponding order confirmation, so payment was made
I accidentally made a purchase and received the order confirmation, and so the payment was made. How could I cancel the order and get a full refund?

Mentore1 year agoYou can't cancel the order.
You can only make an explicit request to the seller, who may refuse.
If the item is shipped, you can return it at your own expense only if the seller accepts returns.
Anyway, the "hypothesis" of an accidental purchase doesn't hold up; for an order to be placed, several confirmations are needed... it's unlikely all of them were done by mistake...
