I bought and paid for a VHS last July.Since the delivery times were not being respected and I wasn’t receiving any communication, I contacted the seller asking him why the shipment was delayed. He replied that he had closed the shop and that he had never accepted any payment.1) our messages in my account disappeared;2) the order I had placed disappeared;3) however, I do have the seller’s name and my card statement that confirms the payment was accepted. How do I contact eBay without having the order and the messages exchanged between me and the seller in my history? Given all this, how do I get my money back? Thanks to anyone who can help me.
