I made a purchase but I can't find the order among the orders I've placed,

I have a delivery message but the product has not yet been delivered and I have only a few days left

however, I do have electronic payment

what can I do?

I think I’m registered, I can see the list of my purchases including the one I mentioned,

I found out that at the same time I have another purchase of another item from another seller that is still marked as in delivery, while I was given..... I hope the store that receives the packages hasn’t made a mistake...

Anyway, the seller with the delivered product contacted me and says he sent me the purchase... let’s see in the next few days,
