I see that I'm not the only one this has happened to, please if someone knows what to do can they give me some advice?I placed an order that was paid for, I didn't receive a confirmation email and I can't find any trace of the order even though I wrote down the number.The email is correct and there are no emails in spam.How can I get a refund?
