I made a return
I requested a return for a broken bracelet. Return accepted. The problem is that I sent the bracelet on February 20 and as of today it still shows as in transit. But how is that possible??? The seller obviously says that if the item doesn't arrive he won't give me the refund. But if the post office loses the package, what am I supposed to do??? Who will reimburse me for the bracelet?? The post office? Will I have to file a complaint with the post office? Can someone explain how I should proceed thanks

Mentore1 year agoIf the item hadn't arrived, would you have considered the seller responsible and wanted to be refunded?
In the same way, you are now responsible for the shipment; if the package gets lost, you won't be entitled to a refund and you'll have to try to claim it back from the post office.
