I made a return after opening a dispute on PayPal that was rejected

I opened a dispute because I bought a very low-quality bumper lip that couldn’t even be installed because the size was wrong.. I open the PayPal claim, provide photos, data, also photos of the packaging and even the return tracking, and PayPal closes the dispute in favor of the seller. OK, I contact eBay for the return and it won’t let me upload the data …
Like, I spent €150 to buy the item, €60 to ship it back, and the moral of the story is I lose both the item and the shipping???????

Mentore1 year agoFoolish choice to make a return even though you weren’t ruled in your favor in the dispute.
You’re in the seller’s hands; I doubt they’ll give you anything back.
You can’t request refunds through two channels (a rule that basically applies everywhere), so by opening the PayPal dispute you’ve burned every chance of taking action on eBay.
