I made a return, but I haven't received the refund
I made a return, paying the shipping myself, about 50 euros.
According to the seller, they refunded it to a closed account I had flagged, giving them the new one. They told me they couldn't pay to an account different from the one that made the payment and to write to eBay, which would handle the refund for me. I wrote several times without any response; it's been more than 3 months and I'm still waiting for 150 euros plus the shipping.

The thing is, the refund can only be issued to the card the payment was made from, but ebay is not the one that can change the destination. Only whoever manages the cards can retrieve the funds from the expired card and transfer them to the new one.
If you haven’t received any communication, maybe the refund was never issued.
