I made an offer for a MacBook and the seller accepted
I made an offer to a seller of $260.00 + $27.00 shipping, the seller accepted, the problem is that when I go to make the payment it shows me an amount of $320.00 + $37.00 shipping

the fact that the item's cost is in dollars already means that you made an offer to a seller outside the EU, so as such you will pay Italian VAT and any other charges if stated in the listing.
Also remember that if you don't pay the import fees upfront, you'll pay them on delivery... so the supposed "idea" of saving money by buying abroad falls apart when you have to deal with customs.
