I had listed an item that was purchased. Only after 1 month did I realize that it had been bought and, understandably, since I hadn’t shipped it, the buyer requested a refund. Well, nothing had arrived, neither emails nor messages on the app, I checked several times but nothing. Now, how was I supposed to ship it if I hadn’t received anything? I called customer service and they told me that I have to front the refund money myself, but I don’t have it! Otherwise I wouldn’t be here selling items for a few pennies. Is there a way to solve this? Why don’t they take it from the fund?
