I started the return process, but then I accidentally canceled it. Now it won't let me anymore
I started the return process and after it was mistakenly approved I canceled the request. Now it won't let me start the return process anymore. How can I proceed? What do I need to do? Who do I need to talk to.j

but I don't think it will help with anything.
When you closed the procedure they warned you that you wouldn't be able to reopen it afterward, and yet you confirmed the closure.
You can still try opening a dispute on the payment method you used, a dispute on the PayPal site, or a chargeback through your credit card provider.
