I sent an item with the wrong courier, the buyer chose a BRT pickup point
When I was buying the label though, eBay shipping gave me the option to choose, I didn’t know that the parcel shop wasn’t served by Poste, the other platforms only let you download the label with the carrier chosen by the buyer, eBay shipping could do that too

the FermoPoints partnered with eBay accept all types of couriers, except for Poste Italiane registered mail and probably untracked ones.
