I sent the package to a pickup point but I don't have the code

I entered the address for the first time, but I can't see the pickup code, even though the app says the package has been delivered (not even an email or a message).
what should I do, in your opinion?

If you chose delivery of your purchase to a pickup point in the listing, you also received the eCP code to collect it. Check your email and your eBay messages.
