I listed it for sale without shipping. I canceled it. But eBay still kept 0.40 in fees,
I put it up for sale without shipping. Pick-up only. I got the purchase notification, but I saw it wasn’t from the area, so I canceled it. But eBay kept €0.40 in fees. Does it seem normal to you that others make mistakes and I pay??
