I ordered an item that should ship by tomorrow, I wrote to the owner but they haven't replied since yesterday.

Mentore2 years agoWhy should he reply to you? You’ve probably already made the payment and it wouldn’t make sense to ask for further details about the item now; he gets the shipping address from eBay and probably has no interest in stopping or cancelling the order.
All you need to care about is the expiry of the period stated in the listing for the supposed delivery.

OP2 years agoHe should reply to me first and foremost out of politeness (I think).
Anyway, I wrote to him that I wanted to cancel the order because I found
a more serious seller.
In case he does not want to cancel the order, how should I proceed?

The site has its own rules and on ebay sellers have no obligation to cancel orders.
