I ordered a smartphone with shipping included in the price, and now they’re asking me for more than 85 euros in customs clearance fees. How do I refuse the purchase and get the money I paid back?

Mentore1 year agoIf the item comes from a non-EU country and cost more than 150 euros (shipping included), ebay did not collect the VAT, so you have to pay customs duties and VAT directly to the courier.
If you refuse to pay, you lose any right to a refund.

Mentore1 year agoYou can't refuse the purchase otherwise you lose the item and the money, when it arrives you'll assess whether the extra expenses incurred are legitimate or whether you can ask for a refund.
