if you bought from a private seller (the fact that they can’t refund you makes me think it’s an inexperienced seller!) who doesn’t accept cancellations (they’re not obliged to!) and won’t even accept a return... unfortunately you’ll have to keep it...
So try to communicate with the seller to understand what their problem is...
