Mentore1 year agoNo need to communicate, carefully follow eBay's procedure to request a return and refund for non-conforming item (1 received does not conform to the 2 purchased). The seller will decide whether to take back the razor (at their expense) and refund you, or offer you a partial refund for the missing piece.
