Good evening everyone.. I bought an item on Ebay yesterday morning and paid for it immediately with Paypal, which has always been linked to my credit card. The seller, who is supposed to deliver the item to me in person (coincidentally we’re from the same city), says they have not received the money. I contacted Paypal and the operator, who was very kind, confirmed that the money was taken from my account and transferred to Ebay, obviously after deducting the commission, before going back into the seller’s PayPal account. What could be causing this stalemate? Can anyone help me, since the seller really isn’t cooperating and just says that if they don’t receive the money they’ll keep the item, even though I have already paid for it?
