I PAID FOR A SOCCER KIT THAT NEVER ARRIVED
Hello, this has been going on for three months now... I had bought a football kit for my son, the owner of the pickup location did not accept the package because he no longer works with that courier and so he didn't want the package (something he also communicated to eBay)
then I opened a dispute because it wasn't clear where this package was... in the end they decided not to refund me because, according to them, from the tracking the package arrived to me, but that's not the case, from the tracking it is very clear that the package was returned to the sender in Milan while I live in Campania, province of Caserta.

Mentore1 year agoIf eBay ruled against you, you can only hope for the seller's good faith... only they could refund you, but after three months they can no longer do it through eBay... communicate with each other and find a solution!
