I lost 32 euros in shipping because of the buyer
I sent a package and paid 32 euros in shipping costs, but the package is being sent back (hopefully) because the buyer entered an incomplete address in the shipping label that I downloaded. I contacted eBay, which replied that they won’t refund me even a cent, even though it’s not my fault, telling me to ask the buyer for the money. I did that and, of course, he told me to get lost. It seems shameful to me that eBay doesn’t protect sellers who are not at fault
