I reserved an item on eBay
hi, I bought an item on ebay, but they entrusted delivery to an Amazon courier, who is asking me for an OTP code that I never received in the email, for this reason they won't deliver the package to me, can someone help me solve the problem. thanks.

Mentore1 year agoYou have to ask the seller, he’s the one who entrusted the item to Amazon logistics.

OP11 months agoHi Mario, since the dispute was closed in his favor, the seller hasn’t replied to me anymore. At first I thought it was a mistake, given that the courier was Amazon and not FedEx, and in fact the package with the welding machine had been delivered to my house. Then, after dozens of calls to eBay, FedEx and Amazon, I reconstructed the scam I had been a victim of, mainly because of eBay, who did absolutely nothing to protect me. I told the call center several times to contact FedEx for clarification, since they wouldn’t give me any information because I wasn’t the name on the package. The answer was, “It’s not eBay’s problem, the shipping number provided shows it as delivered.” “Figure it out yourself.” I asked them to contact Amazon, who would have provided information about the package that had been entrusted to them. The answer: “Amazon is our rival, it’s as if you were asking us to call your lover.”

OP11 months agosorry, I gave you an answer to a question from 02/09/2025, I thought it was the one posted today where I explained the scam, it's the first time I've posted anything and I didn't even remember the previous one. bye
