On June 2 I sold an item. I told the buyer by message that I would ship between the 4th and the 5th.On the 5th I rushed to the post office before closing to ship it and still managed to do it. Last night I got home late and forgot to give the tracking number to the buyer. I do it this morning and he leaves negative feedback because up until early this morning I still hadn’t given it to him. I repeat... sold on June 2 and shipped on the 5th in the evening. This morning around 10:00, once I gave him the code (I still hadn’t noticed the negative feedback), the buyer tells me that I violated some eBay rules. That I’m disrespectful (when I’ve always replied to messages) and that maybe he could reconsider once he sees the item. I mean, is this really right?
