I bought a used tablet on August 24, and today the screen is dead. The seller doesn’t accept returns.
I bought a used tablet on August 24, today the screen is dead. The seller doesn’t accept returns. I’d still be hesitant to send it back, there’s sensitive data that could be recovered and since the screen isn’t working I have no way to delete it. Does eBay buyer protection cover cases like this?

Mentore11 months agoIf it was working when it arrived, the item was as described. So technically the eBay customer guarantee wouldn’t apply.
Even if it did apply, to get a refund, you’d first have to return the item.
