I returned the item at my own expense
I returned the order at my own expense, perfectly intact, to the seller, the package shows as delivered to the recipient, but they never issued the refund despite being contacted twice already. What can I do?

Mentore1 year agoIf you haven’t opened the proper procedure on eBay, you’re in the seller’s hands... eBay won’t be able to help you.
